GROUP RATE:	Six people without using the Rose Room
	minimum three day stay,

	Eight People including the Rose Room
	minimum three day stay

	Queen and Twin beds are available
	Twin beds are available only with a private bathroom.
	We accept cash or cheques for payment
	HST is applied at the time payment is made.

 

There is a two day minimum stay for the July 1 and September 5, 2011 weekend. 

 

Reservation Policy

A deposit equal to the first night's rent is required to hold the room. Please make cheque payable to Amy or Dwight Brown.  Please mail it to: Box 1977, Oliver, BC V0H 1T0 Canada. If you have the hyperWALLET feature at your bank, you can email the deposit to us at: adoberosebb@vip.net 

 

Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled less than 7 (seven) days before reservation date time will be refunded if the room can be re-booked, less a $25.00 cancellation fee.
