GROUP RATE:	Six people without using the Rose Room
	minimum three day stay,

	Twin beds are available only with a private bathroom.

	GST is applied at the time payment is made.

 

There is a two day minimum stay during the following weekends: July 1st, Aug. 1st, Sept. 4th, Oct. 2nd.  There is a three day minimum stay for the June 4th weekend. 

 

Breakfast Menu

Treat yourself by starting with a delicious fresh fruit platter and homemade juice, several different teas, or fresh ground coffee.  Try an amazing Mexican Omelet, which contains free range eggs (1,2,3...), diced sweet bell peppers, green onion, cilantro, jalapeno (optional) and grated sharp cheddar.  Taste the yummy homemade salsa on the side.  Maybe you prefer another fabulous option; English Shirred Baked Eggs - unforgettable!   In addition, you can enjoy homemade certified organic spouted wheat  bread with homemade strawberry jam or marmalade to complete the meal.  You can decide on a wide range of other options to suit your appetite or dietary needs. 

Full breakfast menu and flexible serving times (your choice up to 9:00AM daily) to pamper you. Dietary concerns are accommodated. 

 

Reservation Policy

A deposit equal to the first night's rent is required to hold the room. Please make cheque payable to Amy or Dwight Brown.  Please mail it to: Box 1977, Oliver, BC V0H 1T0 Canada. If you have the hyperWALLET feature at your bank, you can email the deposit to us at: adoberosebb@vip.net 

 

Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled less than 7 (seven) days before reservation date time will be refunded if the room can be re-booked, less a $25.00 cancellation fee.
